Payette Lakes Community Association (PLCA) 4 KIDS after school and Summer Sensation programs. Afterschool program at Barbara Moragan and Donnelly Elementary School.

The PLCA 4 KIDS Program includes:  Academic enrichment, Homework assistance, Health and Science, Outdoor play, Arts and crafts, Nutritious snacks.

Summer Sensations - the summer activities PLCA offers include a Bicycle Safety Rodeo, Lacrosse clinic, Kayaking and Sand Sculpturing, a bike trip through Bear Basin or Ponderosa State Park, and a fun day and overnighter at Paradise Point Camp.
