This Winter Carnival tradition is back to help kick-off the Opening Ceremonies and Fireworks! Elementary students of all ages are welcome to participate in the 2012 Children's Torchlight Parade on Friday, January 27th.

Line up begins at the Community Congregational Church (901 1st St) at 5:30pm and will close at 6:15pm. Parade starts at 6:30pm! Hot chocolate and cookies will be available to keep everyone warm and glow sticks, lighted balloons, and other lighted toys will be provided.

The parade will move along E Lake Street, through Depot Park, and end in the Bisto 45 Courtyard where parents can pick up kids in time to watch the fireworks!
