Vendor applications are now available for the 2012 McCall Winter Carnival.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the 47th Annual McCall Winter Carnival, please remember to complete the following:

Sign and Date the Agreement Form

Apply for the Central District Health (CDH) Permit – Only applicable for Food Vendors. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET THIS FORM TO CDH NO LATER THAN JANUARY 13, 2012!
- Attach a copy of the CDH Permit if applicable
- Use the fee schedule to calculate your vendor cost
- Don’t forget to include a check payable to 2012 McCall Winter Carnival OR submit credit card information for payment with application.
- Mail to: 2012 McCall Winter Carnival, PO Box 350, McCall, Idaho 83638
Some things to keep in mind:

No water will be provided to food vendor area.

Due to the unpredictable winter weather, be prepared to clear snow or provide traction control at your space.
- Vendors must use a 12-gauge electrical extension cord. NO OTHERS will be allowed. You are responsible for providing your own extension cord if needed. PLEASE be sure to indicate your power needs in the space provide on the application.
- Vendors must be paid in full on or before January 13, 2012. If not paid there will not be a booth space available upon arrival.
- NO REFUNDS for weather cancellations by vendors. The Chamber cannot guarantee weather conditions.
- The Chamber retains the right to accept or reject any application.
- Absolutely NO products may be sold that refer to drug, gang, or sexual content. NO Alcohol sales are permitted.
